Loan

i app**** for a loan on 4/3/2016 my documentation was received and forwarded to the review department. when i called they waiting for the review department. it took 4 days by them. when i called on Monday 14/3/2016 was told my application cancelled due to uncontactable. i told them that no one called me so how can they do that. the review department takes its own sweet time and if they want they just cancel applications. still today my application has been re-submitted now i must wait till Tuesday 22/3/2016 to get feedback. this is really appalling to say the least. i do not want to recommend them to any one if they can treat people like this who desperately needs the loan otherwise why would we apply for one.
