**** to and deceived

<p>App**** online for R20 000 loan on the 9th June 2017,was called by a consultant to pay R1500 that was suppose to be attorney fees for loan approvement,minutes after paying I recieved email to deposit another R2999 that they say is for c.o.t. that I really don't understand, when I send them email to return the R1500 back since the consultant that called me didn't tell me about additional amount,tthe haven't returned it till now</p>
