IRRITATINGLY BAD SERVICE

<p>I made a loan with Bruma Finance and got behind as i have lost my job.I started working again and made arrangements that they deduck R2026 on the 27th of each month for 6 months so i can get done with the loan.The 26 of September i get an sms to remind me about my payment of which i already left the money in the account for them to deduct.The 27th came and no deductions where made i then got a sms from them stating i will be given over to legal if i do not make a payment.I then called in and spoke with Tamryn or tamzin she advised that she would reset the the debit order and it will go off the evening.Come the evening a debit order of R150 went off instaed of R2065 I mean come on???????i called in this morning on the 28th spoke with a guy he said he will get bak to me i waited for an hour no response or feedback.i then called back spoke with a very rude woman syaing i must just wait for feedback theres nothing she can do....FRustrated beyound now i explained to her what happend AGAIN she then said she does not understand me....REALLY?????????????????? I made the effort of calling and making arrangements but the people cant do their jobs...its almost as if they want to give me over to legal?????????????????????no feedback as of yet cat and mouse game i guess</p>
