*********** consultants and a team leader

I made an applicaion with the consultant who confirmed all documents have been receieved-she happened to escalate the matter to a team leader who promised to call back last week already-i called back and he forgot what he told me.I fail to understand how do operate a bussiness with a bunch of *********** employees. I dont want it anymore but i am ****ed because they waisted my time and resources
