<p>I received an sms that advertised Bruma. I contacted them and everything was fine. I was told that I would receive my loan within 30 min. Oh dear....and that was when the trouble started. My loan was approved but I had to pay R6998.00 as a loan legalization fee - which I paid. Then I had to pay R25899.00 as a cost of transfer. I immediately queried that but I was told that would be added to my loan amount and that I do not have to worry as I can cancel the transaction at any time if I am not happy with it. I paid that amount. Immediately I received an e-mail that I need to pay another R62920.00. I then contacted them and said that it is ridiculous as I would not have had to apply for a loan if I had these amounts lying around. I was then told I need to send an e-mail to cancel the transaction to be able to get my money back - which I did but no money was paid back. I phoned them and believe it or not - I need to pay another R3000 and odd before they can pay me my money back. That is apparently the cancellation fee. I told them that they need to subtract that from the amount that they owe me and pay me my money back as I have no more money to pay to them. Well, I am still waiting.</p>
