Declined due to Wonga loan

Good day<br> <br> I find it very hard to believe that you offer loans to consolidate debt yet when a person applies you get declined.<br> I app**** for a loan to pay 2 accounts which is once off debt that been Wonga and Boodle. I get declined due to affordabilty due to those 2 accounts, does that make sense if my plan is to pay them and other small little things with the loan money and then I only have 1 Bruma to pay back at a lower amount monthly other than, if my credit profile did not show Wonga and Boodle I would have been approved.<br> <br> So please explain what the problem is, YOU OFFER A SERVISE BUT YET GET DECLINED FOR THE SAME REASON YOU OFFERED THE SERVICE.<br> <br> The call centre staff all have their own story as to why its been declined this too is unacceptable.<br> <br> Please respond to my query asap so this matter can be sorted out.<br> <br>
