Complete lack of service and broken promises

<p>I app**** for a loan over a week ago, got pre approved etc, all was going well during the application proces, I sent in all the documents and confirmed receipt. Then I hear absolutely nothing, I get no feedback whatsoever, only to find out I have been rejected a week later when a different sales person contacts me to offer a new loan, and I get told i was rejected because my employer has not been operating for more than 3 years, I ask her what has that got to do with a personal loan, and she says she would speak to her team leader and get back to me shortly, I am still waiting, the complete lack of follow up and manners is disgusting.</p>
