Capital amount paid and now no Help

Hi.<br> <br> I had an account with Bruma Finance, which was handed over to HTN attorneys for collection.<br> <br> HTN placed a Garnishee order on my salary of R744.04 a month.<br> <br> My company did the salary deductions each month until the account was paid, and then stop running the garnishee as the amount had been paid.<br> Before stopping the deductions my company confirmed that the account was paid.<br> <br> According to the attorneys my company only paid the capital amount and not the legal fees..<br> When the garnishee was stopped by my company no one from the attorneys contacted me or my HR to say that there is still an amount soutstanding.<br> <br> Neither did they try and get a hold me.<br> <br> I have been trying to get a hold of an attorney that can help me settle this matter and no luck ever since April last year.<br> <br> When the NCR announced that judgements will be removed once the capital amounts have been paid, I called HTN again and asked if they will help me to have this judgemnt removed as the capital amount was paid in full. NO HELP.<br> <br> <br> Now that Bruma Finance received there capital amount, they not interested in helping me with the attorneys.<br> <br>
