Bruma Finance unable to execute on moving debit order date to 30th August to settle an account 1 month earlier.
I think it is in the interest of most consumers making users of micro-loan facilities, like Bruma Finance, to be aware of the fact that these organizations apply rules to simply ensure that they collect their funds from the consumer as a TOP priority - I wish to add, at the cost of injustice and unfair business practices and rules that ONLY serves their need and interest. I make this statement based on my recent experience:
I contacted Bruma finance on 20th August 2019 to advise that I wish to pay up my loan on 30th August 2019. To my horror, as happened before, Bruma finance were unable to exevcute my request. They , thru rules on their business systems, took the last of my funds, R2466.00 on 22nd August 2019. This left me pennyless until payday. It seems that they are unable to move Debot oder deduction dates due to NAEDO and other rules.
