Bruma Finance bad customer service

I have account with Bruma Finance and on the 19th April 2018,they deducted my account with and extra amount of R1435.56. I contacted them on the very same day and lodge a query,the response was that I was going to be paid out with in 24 hours. Since then I haven't received a cent and they cleaned out my account an only left me with a R400 in my account leaving me stranded with being able to sort out my family. Its been 72 hours and nothing,what I can't understand is when you make a loan by them with in 2 to 3 hours the money is in,but now for them to pay you back it take forever.
