Bruma delinquencies

I submitted an application early this afternoon - after being "pre-approved" over the phone. Upon receipt of requested payslips I was told they would be in touch very shortly after a credit check. Hours later - i was told I was rejected, due to a Boodle loan being taken out today. Now firstly, the Boodle loan was taken out on 23-Feb-2018. Secondly, Boodle is part of Bruma Finance. So how do they get something like that SO wrong. Next, I get told that they required a paid-up letter for another obligation which I had - which was settled on 21-Feb-2018. I provided the requested paid-up letter, and was told that i would hear back shortly. Keeping in mind that Bruma literally "downs tools" at 5pm on the dot, I kept the pressure on them by contacting them approximately every 15-20 minutes, leading right up to 5pm. Lo and behold the sales consultant I was dealing with had suddenly disappeared. "On training" apparently...I later found out she had actually left for the day. I then got bounced around by/to two other consultants who wouldn't help me, and I was then told that the team doing the authorisation had left for the day. Keep in mind that I had started this call long before 5pm. All of this when I was promised multiple times that I would have a response and someone would get back to em before 5pm. What a load of ******* - terrible service, incorrect information, drawn out process, and complete lack of customer service and unprofessional attitude by the consultants who I dealt with on the phone.

This morning I received a quote. Terribly incorrect, and not even what I asked for. 1) wrong loan amount 2) wrong term 3) wrong salary/repayment date So I call, and I get told by Robert Ncube (the Supervisor, apparently) that it will take until 2pm. Well. That simply isn't good enough. When I voiced my concerns, he brushed me off as if it didnt matter. New lows and new pathetic levels of customer service reached. Frustration is boiling over now.
