bad service

in December 2015 i app**** for a loan with Bruma finance and i promise i will never ever deal with them again.On friday 15 of january i received a call from some guy who claimed i missed a debit order What on earth?i asked him to go back to the quotation and see if i was told ill start in December. If my loan was paid on the 16 and i got paid on the 15 when do u expect me to start payments?Now i have 2 requests, it's fine you can double debit me from January up until March and leave me alone.my second request may i please have the email address of your Ceo i will like to address this issue.Please don't call me back to apologise but provide me with both my request#skhumbuzo ***
