Bad service

<p>I lost my job a while ago, and immediately made payment arrangements with Bruma.</p> <p>Since the arrangement has been made, I paid the arranged amount and on the arranged date.</p> <p>I constantly get emails/sms'es and phone calls to say that they are going to hand me over! after numerous attempts to explain to them that I have a payment arrangement with them, the threats keep coming.</p>
