Bad phones, bad service, Bad billing

1) I have a loan with this supplier and in december they breached the contract wanting to debit my account at their convenience asking me to make funds available on the 16th December due to public holidays and some reasons that didn't make sense<br> 2) they debited my account again last night and when i called they said its because of the holidays they could not wait for our agreed date of the 25th<br> 3) Their call center is very unprofessional, a consultant answered the phone and was chit chatting with a colleague while i was on the line<br> <br> WORST SERVICE I WILL NEVER APPLY FOR THIER LOAN
