APPLICATION OVERDUE!!!!

I get transferred from one consultant to the next after being told that everything is fine and my loan will be paid on 14/03/2016. Today i was informed that my application has been cancelled after being in the system for more that 4 days as they have missed their deadline. After being told everything is fine on 14/03/2016, i was told on 15/03/2016 that they didn't have my documents which was sent on 11/03/2016 and they mixed me up with another client with the same surname.When i started getting upset because they can't even give me an answer, Nomonde straight up cut the call just now. I app**** for the loan,reason given was EMERGENCY as my son is ill at the moment. I wonder how educated they are if 4 days later i still have not received my EMERGENCY loan???
