Account paid up but still advised I owe money

<p>I have paid up my account in full, and today received an email stating the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for the e-mail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note that your account has been handed over to our attorneys. As the matter is now out of our hands, you may contact them directly on ***or on ********** <p> </p> <p>We trust that you find this in order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindest Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not only been struggling to get these arrears removed from my ITC record since May, but now I have no idea what has happened to the money I sent over a month ago to settle my account. I have honestly had the worst experience and will never use your services again. I am so sick of asking for this to be removed from my profile!! </p>
