ACCOUNT PAID IN FULL BUT STILL LISTED ON ITC

I had a account long ago with BRUMA FINANCE. The account was paid in full. However the account still show as active on my ITC. Get this removed from all my ITC'S at once and forward me a copy there of!!!!!!! Or I will be forced to take this matter further.
