2 Days and still no response!!!!!

<p>I wrote a complaint yesterday. I was contacted and yet again a new application was done. Yet again additional information was requested! Today I had to follow up yet again! I received an sms saying that the application is being processed at 11h25 today but still nothing has been communicated yet!!!! Please just provide an outcome and send the contract to my email. I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO ANYONE ELSE, can we please just conclude!!!!!</p>
