Mini Cooper Bedfordview.

We brought our car to be fixed end of August 2018. A Mini Cooper countryman. The water tank and oil pump were leaking . They managed to fixed that without hassles. After fixing them they called and said the engen is leaking because the new parts are weighing the engen which is why it’s leaking and they would charge us over R150k to fix the engen . We told them not to fix it we will fix it ourselves and towed the car back to us. We noticed that one side of the car bonnet was closed and the other side was lifted up. We tried opening it and pushing the bonnet down with no luck . We then called them and spoke to Celeste Jacobs and asked them what happened. She said the car was perfectly fine when they towed it away which is a lie and they won’t help us. We asked her if they can send a technician to our house and fix it and she refused and said we must bring a non moving car to them in other words we must tow it back to them which is **** instead of them bringing a technician. For the amount of money we pay to this dealership the service is poor. Now we have to spend more money to get a mechanic of our own and open it. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
