Bruma Auto your staff are a jole

I have dealt with the above for a long time and have always received excellent service from Wynand and Andre. On the 23rd of March we took possession of our new car. The salesman Wynand advised us about the 59 waiting period before you have to make your first payment. According to my calculations the first payment is due near the end of May. I called Nicole he other day and she advised the first payment is due on the 1st of May and again I gave it some thought and something was not right. I called her today and as it turns out she says oh the salesman didn't advise her of the 59 day arrangement and she kept on trying to pass the buck. I worked for Balwin properties and have such a great following all due to my being honest, ethical and breaking China for my clients. I left Balwin almost two years ago and still have clients calling me for advice. I am now at Orange Realty and already building up such a great data base based on my service and because I give my clients the best service I can, I expect to be treated the same way. Nicole I am sorry to tell you but your service terrible and I will never ever set foot in that dealership again.<br>
