Bmw repairs with no result

Being with BMW for more than decade you would expect better results on time frames,services and repairs.<br> From the 25th of Feb i am still in the dark with no confirmed information of when my problem would be resolved. I've given my 520i 2013 model bmw to bruma auto. I have had constant feedback however no positive results. Friday the 20th i was told it was looking positive for collection. Then a disturbing phone call told me i would not be able to collect my bmw some \idling"issue which needs longer time to repair. You dont expect this from a late model from a bmw with the latest technology"
