Bad Service and workmanship

My vehicle was sent to the dealership to repair ignition.The vehicle was towed in and I requested to do a full check on the vehicle which is suppose to be done by any workship.A few days later I received my vehicle and asked if everything was ok.Like no engine problems etc.iI was told everything is ok.As I left the dealership and got to the first robot I noticed my vehicle jerking when I came to stop.This was suppose to be checked by the workshop.Now my vehicle has to go in again and who knows how many days will go by to sort out my vehicle,Bruma Auto refuses to give a courteousy car which one will receive from dealers like Hyundai.This is not my first bad experience with a so called professional bmw dealership.ie Bruma Auto.
