Bad Service

<p>brought my mini to you a month ago to check why it was missing. Mr Errol Jansen Van Vuuren my number plate is YPP849GP. Your technicians said it was leaking water that is why it was missing but when I drove away from your dealer no warning light was on for leaking water and no water was coming out anywhere when I left your dealer my car was running on three cylinders because your technicians broke a spark plug cap into my cylinder. You can speak to my mechanic his number is on the attachment. I would like my money back for your two hours diagnosis and to pay for my damages on my car for miss diagnosis on my car and for breaking the spark plug cap into my cylinder. I am shocked at your so called technicians. If you don't sort this out im going to the press and hello Peter to lay a complaint.
