I bought fuel injectors for a 2004 Mitsubishi Outlander for R500 in late November 2024,Order BS37741, to this day nothing has been delivered.

In early December I emailed them about non-existant parcel tracking system that simply ends in an airport in China, beyond that nothing happens. Mid December I received an email from them to rate their service, insinuating that I had received my parcel, when I rep**** to say no parcel was delivered then all of a sudden I was assured my parcel was safe and in transit. Ever since each time I send an email there is not even a response,clearly this is a ****.
