Beware of Bruce Sy and Belinda Shoniwa Wood Furniture maker

Avoid dealing with Bruce and Belinda who supposedly makes wooden furniture.

I bought a bench for our patio. They really rushed to get it to me. When it arrived it was ok, but wet. First I assumed its from treatment but the wet sap kept on coming for days... eventually the entire bench started to pull apart.

They have repeatedly promised me a replacement. This went on for 2 months until they cut all communication off with me.

Unfortunately they don't operate a business name so its hard to keep them accountable. Therefore I post this here with the hopes that anyone who deal with them would consider not to.

Rather deal with reputable furniture manufacturers and not ********s like these that will quickly give you low quality furniture, get your money and offer no guarantees or after sales service.
