Poor services

What a shocking level of unprofessional behaviour from this Legal firm of Bruce Macgregor Erasmus Attorney firstly after a struggle to be granted an appointment I finally got a date for the 26th of September 2019 with a labour lawyer Ms Vicky Doney perfect I was ecstatic as this matter I need representation for is of a sensitive nature which my career of 15 years hinges on I drive to thier offices on the 26th mind you it's a two hour drive hey just to be informed she is not available I schedule another appointment for a week later, she is available, we spend about an hour going through the events that led me to the doors of her firm, deposit was paid and she informed me she will make application on my behalf to South African Local Government Bargaining Council (salga) and that we will meet closer to my hearing date the 5th-6th November 2019 for her to prepare me, wow finally I thought imagine my relief that 2years of stress and anxiety I am finally going to get representation by someone learned My joy was short lived 12 working day before the start of the hearing I am told by Vicky Doney that she is unable to represent me with regards to my matter as she knows the truth, was I suppose to lie to my lawyer? She sighted cost as another reason she cannot continue and prospects of success, would any sane person want to pursue something if they couldn't afford it I will probably lose the matter and I will be out of a job part of this is definitely my fault, I cant help but wonder wheather the folks at Bruce Macgregor Erasmus Attorney should shoulder some part perhaps the ombudsman will clearify
