Not to be trusted

Bought a part from this establishment and over R250 they will not refund us and take the part back. It is un-used and per the consumer act I have 6 months to return an unwanted product. It is brand new and not a 2nd hand part, which even on a 2nd hand part I still have 6months to return it. That is the law of South Africa. People like this make me sick.
