YOU ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES i am extremely unhappy with their service. As they told me on saterday that that have a piece available at R8495 and they immediately ordered it in apparently and it will be delivered on Wednesday. But nothing was said about needing a deposit. On Tuesday (today) the day before apparant delivery it is said that the same piece was sold and hour before the driver pitched up. And now they only have a piece available for R10995. R2500 more than budget in the first place. I Believe this is unfair to people. And dishonest due to the fact that when i phoned head office it is said that the same piece was all of a sudden sold on the 14th already. Then why Browns is your system showing that said piece is available which is misleading the customer. If you could only see the disappointment on her face due to the fact that I could not give her the engagement ring that you showed her and the disappointed of a future customer that could have been made.
