What an anti climax

What a vey disappointing day which should have been the best day in my daughters life. Her boyfriend works away and came home for one week over the valentines period. He ordered a diamond ring to get engaged on valentines day from Browns in Fourways. On valentines day they got engaged only to find the diamond was loose in the setting. What is wrong with your quality control? How do you send out a brand new diamond ring that is not set properly? It is a hell of a thing to be engaged and not even have a ring to show off. DISGUSTING BROWNS IN FOURWAYS you should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Not a great advert for you. It is not the 22nd and she still doesn't have an engagement ring!!!<br> <br> Regards<br> Lynn
