Very inferior merchandise...stones fell out on the 1st day of use

Browns ruined my 20th wedding anniversary. My husband purchased a diamond & sapphire ring and necklace set. The sapphire fell out on the 1st day that I wore the set, which was on the day of my anniversary. We returned the goods and are still waiting for a refund nearly 2 weeks after returning the faulty goods.

The quality of the goods sold at browns is very inferior as a few months ago a tanzanite fell off from my pendant, I had used the pendant no more than 3 or 4 times. Luckily I managed to find the stone. Initially I was told that I need to pay for the stone to be set and when I refused, cos it wasn’t even 6 months that the pendant was purchased, they set it free of charge.
