Utterly disgusted with such service from a leading diamond store

<p>So april 17 we bought a ring from Browns Diamond store in sandton. We paid cash and the ring was sent for resizing. Three days later i get a call to say that the ring is discontinued. So we went back and chose another ring. The ring was sent for resizing. After 3 weeks of not hearing from Remona the lady whom assisted us i decided to go in store i went and only to realise the ring was sized 2 sizes smaller. Ok i was pleasant and said its fine. Firstly Remona had not updated my profile and keeps calling my boyfriends ex seriously is it so ****ing difficult to update a profile. To date they have called her 3 times and told her ,her ring is ready. Imagine waiting 1.5 months for a simple ring that was suppose to be such an awesome experience in purchasing. Really Browns the diamond store your service is up to ****ing **** you should rather close down. I will not go in to collect the ring i would want my ring delivered as i stay 90mins from sandton and this is not my fault that the store attendants dont know the stock and are not trained. Oh and Remona is simply impossible to get hold of and when you call you simply get told we are all busy call back later.</p>
