Going to have a stone reset in the clasp as it came loose. Was told by security and the manager that we could not come inside as the consultants were all busy. Told to wait outside or busy ourselves in the mall while we wait. No browzing per their policy. Really for previous customers with a defective product?? Unbelievable.
