Theft at Browns The Diamond Store

On the 26th of February I took my wedding ring to Browns The Diamond Store for a revaluation. I was supposed to get it back on Friday, the 6th of March. Instead I got a phone call from them to inform me that my ring & other pieces were taken. They didn't tell me when, where or how it happened. All they told me was that they don't take responsibility for any losses. To this day I haven't received as much as a police case number. You would think that if there was a a ******* or a hijacking they would care enough about their business & employees to go to the police immediately. Yet they refuse to give me a case number.
