Service is far from the promised excellence.

If you are thinking of purchasing from this "exclusive" Diamond store, please think again. The quality is extremely bad, the diamonds fall out and if you think of taking it back to the workshop, you will be shocked with the quality of their work. They promise excellence but what you receive is far from it. I am utterly disappointed and will never buy from this store ever again. Put in the effort and look around, you will find far better quality from local jewellers for half the price.
