Poor Service from Westiville Browns!

I was calling to receive information for a purchase I wanted to make, I was put on hold for walk in clients and asked to be called back?! I am not happy with this as I was on the call with them asking about purchasing details BEFORE these walk-ins came into the store! The manager called back only to make excuses for the lady who was helping me on the call. If I was on the call looking for purchasing information and details BEFORE the walk-ins surely I am a customer JUST like them! Westville branch!
