Poor service

I went to two different stores to find out how much it would cost to remake a ring in white gold and with diamonds. I gave pictures, my contact number and email address. To this day, I have not received a single phone call or email address to address my request. It is disappointing that two different stores do not have the courtesy to follow up on potential customers.
