Poor quality products

Im very disgusted and disappointed by Browns quality of their products.

My husband bought me a ring on the 11th August 2019 and the wedding was in the 7th of Deceember 2019 the ring was kept in a safe place... after the wedding in less than a week the ring was loosing stones.... so I've only worn my ring for a week now I'm going to wear a ring that has been fixed .... they are telling me that its due to the ring being knocked .... of which I I have never done any hard labour and I was on holiday.

I have worn my engagement ring from NWJ for over 2 years and it has never given me problems no matter how many times I knocked it.

That means their quality is poor and the response I received its not to my satisfaction.

I am not happy at all and will never recommend Browns to any of my friends or family members.

I just checked their reviews and a lot of people are having the same problem and we are all receiving a chain email that they send to anyone who complain about their diamond being dislodged.
