Poor quality

so disappointed with Browns diamond store. High price yet so much headache. I regret even thinking my American Swiss ring was substandard . Last year November my husband bought me a ring only to have diamond fall of 2 time within 2 months. I then exchange to new one less than a month the diamond came off I want refund they now refuse they only want to repair. How many times should 1 take ring to repairs. Very disappointed
