Pathetic

This jewellery store is going downhill.

We purchased my engagemnt ring from their bay west store, and per the warranty, i have to get it cleaned via browns only.

They have now closed their store and there is no store in the eastern cape so I have to go to another province to get my ring cleaned.

I also think they gave my number away to marketing companies
