My diamond in the rough

To whom it may concern. I recently had an experience where the rings I purchased roughly 7 years ago at Browns Menlyn fell out. I went back to Browns Menlyn and I paid to fill the diamonds and to reinforce the diamonds. sadly not even 2 months later the diamond fell out. so being dispondant I went back to Browns Menlyn and I expected that I would need to pay and I thought I would be blamed for the damages to the rings. Then I met the lovieliest lady Talia at Browns Menlyn. She is most definitely the diamond in the rough she handled my situation with ease and finesse and gave me the time to explain my story. She pormised me a response and I got a response and a resolution within the turn around time. She made an uncomfortable and terrible situation better. she is an asset to Browns and she will be the only consultant i will ever deal with in future. I hope that Browns will reward her accordingly.
