Keep loosing diamonds!!!!!

03/06/2016 Bought 2 Platinum Channel Diamond Bands valued at R73 830.00 from Browns Menlyn.

19/05/2017 1 diamond FELL out Took both rings in to find out why. Was told to leave both with them they will check both. Was notified I must have bashed the ring against something.... I had to pay for a new diamond and to have it checked and polished. R1900. 00 later I got my rings back and was told they are perfect now and have been cleaned and secured. Amazing how my invoices stated miscellaneous though for the work done.

05/04/2018 Another diamond gone!!!! Really!!! Do I spend so much money on rings just to replace diamonds every 9 or 10 months!!!! Not acceptable at all. Went to Eastgate again. Asked them to check both again, but was told the one I have to pay for to have it checked! The one with the diamond missing they will send to head office to be check but the other one I have to pay to have checked... Why???? Do I have to loose another diamond first? So patiently waiting to hear why I am loosing diamonds so often!?

Sadly I don't seem to be the only one according to the reviews I have just read here on hellopeter... Wish I had done my homework properly before buying. 2 of my friends have had the exact same problems - but I only found out after I bought my rings.
