Forever range not so forever

I would just like to say how disappointed we are with the fact that when we purchased my existing pair of earrings from the forever range that we were told that we can bring them back at any time and be able to put the value towards the new purchase given that it is double the price of the original purchase. We were sold into a purchase that clearly had a limited time offer as it no longer applies. When I went into the store earlier this week they said that my earrings were too small to qualify.<br> <br> I will not be purchasing from Browns again which is a pity because I've always thought of Browns as one of the leading most trusted jewelers. I will be taking my business to another reputable jeweler who will not sell us something with an expiry date. Who's to say that their new diamond investment program will still be available in 6 years' time when one is ready to upgrade? <br> <br> Most disappointed and dissatisfied customer
