<p>Over the past two month my fiancé and I have been searching high and low for her perfect engagement ring and wedding band in Cape Town. Through our search we stumbled across Browns, who at first we thought was out of our budget however we just thought to give it a go and see what comes of it.</p> <p> </p> <p>From the outset we were greeted by Sonia who treated us with the utmost professionalism and saw to our needs without giving us the judgmental look of “can even afford a ring” or “are they just wasting my time”. Not at any stage during our numerous visits did we ever get that impression from her or from the other staff in the store. Service makes or breaks any deal especially when dealing with such an investment and I was put at ease immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sonia went to extra lengths to source the ring my fiancé wanted, all the way from Rustenburg and keeping us updated throughout the entire process, peace of mind all the way. Upon its arrival we struck gold literally as the ring we ending up purchasing was both more than what we bargained even if slightly over budget however due to both the smile on my fiancés face and the exceptional service we received from Sonia I had no hesitation in making payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore we were that impressed with the service so much that we decided to settle on my band as well and had no issues either, this one at least was in Cape Town. </p> <p> </p> <p>Browns you have a gem of an employee in Sonia and we have nothing but praise for her and your team at the Canal Walk branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>OUR EXPERIENCE WAS OUTSTANDING!</p> <p> </p>
