Excellent customer service

I bought some earrings from Browns earlier this year and received a free 80th anniversary teddy bear with my purchase. My 2 year old son became very attached to this teddy and he went everywhere with us. Unfortunately, we went away last weekend and the teddy never made it back home :( <br> Browns (and specifically Aviwe at head office) went out of her way to trace down a bear from their show room and even sent it to my nearest branch. My son was absolutely delighted that teddy \found his way home"and hasn't let go of him since. Thank you Browns for making a little boy very happy! ps: I still love my earrings too! """
