Empty promises from Browns The Diamond Store

We bought two rings in December 2023 at Browns Menlyn. One of the rings was wrong sized and could not be adjusted. A Marizaan at Browns promised the refund and sent me multiple forms to complete. By end of January 2024 and no response, still no refund. In February 2024 at the same store, a Lelanie Marx took over and promised to sort it out. it is now more than a month later and still nothing and no communication. The sloth at Browns is not what I expected from a premium jeweller. Puts me off buying there again.
