Dropping the ball

Poor feedback from the Mall of the South store. I handed in my earrings for repair and I’m still waiting nearly two weeks for a price to repair. After I requested the store to call me when a price was provided by head office. Called in and sales consultant wasn’t available and left a message, still waiting for the call. Not acceptable customer service whatsoever. My husband then called customer service and apparently they too busy to return a call too how sad that they have so much business that they can’t call their customers wow
