Hi ,On Wednesday the 13 April 2016 I drove all the way from Middelburg ,Mpumalanga to Eastgate to look for a ring for my future wife.<br> <br> She really liked a ring at your store , we requested that the Ring picture be emailed to us as she wanted to show her mum.I completed the forms and the lady said it will be emailed.<br> <br> On Saturday the 16 of April 2016,still no email received from the store.Being 160 Km away I decided to give the store a call,A Lady answered ,I explained I did not receive my Email ,she said that the lady who helped me is not in and cant find my details.( Found this rather disturbing ).<br> <br> With the wedding in 2 Weeks time we had no other option but to drive all the way back to Eastgate (Fuel Cost etc).<br> <br> When we walked in the store the lady that helped us on Wednesday was in Store,Her excuse was systems were down since Wednesday.<br> <br> I really don't believe that excuse,did not even receive a call to say the sytems is down ,I believe that was a excuse.I also believe I was not taken seriously due to my age.I was genuinely interested in buying that Diamond Ring.<br> <br> Absolutely Shocking Service from a such a company,never expected this from Browns .
