Disgusting Service

Absolutely disgusted with the service received today at the Claremont Branch in Cavendish Square. After selecting a necklace the Sales Consultant, Emily, decided that the agreed price (marked on item) was incorrect and wanted to charge me an additional R1000. She admitted the mistake, consulted the Manager and responded that she was unable to correct the situation. We left the shop with a bad taste and felt humiliated at being cheated. I recommend avoiding the shop as there are many others with similar products and honest staff.
