Disappointing Service!

Be careful before purchasing at Browns. Their after sales and craftsmanship work is very bad quality. Jewelry will go in for an assessment and after it breaks for the 2nd time you will be told that its wear and tear... like purchasing a car with no maintenance plan. Have been a customer for the past 15 years and the service is disappointing and disgraceful. Worst investment of my life....
