Disappointed with browns the diamond store

<p>My husband surprised me with a ring from Brown's jewellers in la lucia on the 28th of Dec which was sent away for sizing. Seven days later while in the mall I popped in to browns to get my ring which was promised to me in 7 days only to hear that they were only sending it in on that day. I have been so understanding thus far and yesterday the 11th of January I phoned in to find out if my ring is ready and the lady that answered was so rude to me and my ring is still not ready. The whole joy of the surprise is actually over cos my husband works out of the country and was so disappointed with the fact that he had to leave and I still don't have the ring. </p> <p>Didn't expect this service from Brown's </p> <p>Mrs Valerie Hutchinson </p>
